Come join us for our annual camp! Food, fun and activities!
Aaaaaaroooooo, it’s that time of year again! Join us for the third Annual Q-PAH Camping trip. We have a great long weekend planned for you. All activities are included in the prices, there will be T-Shirt Screening, board games, group activities and more. All main meals are included in the price (3 Breakfasts, 2 Lunch and 3 Dinners).

Important Event Information and Entry Condition:
Essential Things to Bring:
Warm clothing
It gets pretty cold out in the country
Swimwear
There is creek we can go swimming in if you're adventurous
Other clothing
Just general wear including undergarments and socks
Bathing Items
Towel, Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and/or conditioner
Gold coins $1 and $2
It’s the only way you’re getting hot water in the showers! Free for cold water though
Eating Equipment
Cup / Mug, Bowl, Plate, knife, fork, spoon
Snacks
Bring your own snacks, if you share them around that’s up to you but snacks are not catered for
Beverages
BYO soft drink / drinking liquids as this is not included in your ticket.
If you get drunk, you will be asked to stop drinking.
Tent
You need something to sleep in to stay semi warm
Sleeping Bag + Sleeping Mat / Airbed
Mmm cozy
Insulation for floor
Not necessary but if it gets cold it would be nice to have something to stop the bed from getting frozen. You can pick up cheap foam matts from Big W and Kmart.
Thongs
QUICK I need the Toilet!!! If only I didn’t have to put shoes and socks on!
Eski & Ice packs or ice
Keep things cold in like drinks!
Firewood
If you have any wood around the home, feel free to bring it along with any paper documents you no longer need.
Folding Chair
To sit on and relax by the fire.
Feel free to bring whatever else you want but the above is the basic needs list.
Don’t walk around barefoot, there is a possibility for wildlife to be around and we don’t want accidents to happen.
Don’t have a tent? Feel free to post on the Events Page asking if you can bunk with someone as some tents are big. You may still need to bring your own sleeping equipment.
Need a car ride? Feel free to post on the Events Page asking if anyone can give a lift down. Just think of all the happy car songs you can sing on the way! Also post if you have spare room in your car and would like some company.
Camp Rules:
All campers will be subject to the rules of the venue.
Everyone will help at the camp with food prep, washing up, cooking, looking after the fire or what not.
10pm noise curfew,
Offensive and bad language or behaviour will NOT be tolerated
Loud music, radio controlled cars, drones or cracking whips are NOT permitted.
Everyone is required to wait in the carpark on arrival and will be collected by Zeke as everyone must complete sign in procedures and vehicle registration.
The driveway from the sealed road to the park is 40km/hr,
Speed limit of 10km/hr in the park,
Licensed persons only to drive vehicles,
No drink driving,
No drugs,
No riding in the back of Utes or on top of cars,
All food must be stored at the end of each night prior to bed and not left out for wildlife,
Genies can be used between 8am and 10am, and 5pm to 8pm ONLY and must be 65db or less.
Dogs are allowed at your own payment. If you want to bring one it must be registered with the venue, contact Zeke immediately if you wish to bring one at your responsibility.
All cans for 10c will be collected for the PAH and campground will be left as we arrived when we leave on Sunday,
If something seems not right, speak up and talk to Zeke or another committee member that is in attendance.
COVID-19 EVENT SAFETY:
To keep everyone safe, please adhere to the following:
Keep your a distance at the toilets and showers etc
Wear a mask to these places as well as the deli / canteen area
Wash hands thoroughly and use the sanitiser provided, especially before and after food and public places.
If you have been to a declared COVID hot spot 14 days prior to the start of camp, or have respitory symptoms, you will not be able to attend camp. Your ticket will be refunded. Please contact Zeke immediately if this occurs.

Your ticket covers your insurance for activities undertaken during this event. The insurance is designed to protect you from accidents or injuries that occur as result of your activities, as well as accidental damage to property owned or controlled by someone else.
