Q-PAH Annual Camp

Three nights and for days of puppy fun out in the country!
It’s that time of year again! The fourth Q-PAH Annual Camp is set to be our best yet. This year's camp will take place at the same location as last years - about half an hour out of Warwick. If you don't know where that is, don't worry - we'll let everyone know the exact location closer to the date.
All meals are included with your ticket price, but you are encouraged to bring along your own drinks and snacks.
Some games and activities will be arranged, but do feel free to bring your toys and games for everyone to enjoy.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please contact one of the Management Committee members to discuss.

Weekend Structure
Zeke and a group of helpers will head out Friday morning to set up the main camp area. If you'd like to help with that, contact Zeke directly. If you're not part of Zeke's setup crew, please don't arrive until Friday afternoon. You will not be able to put up your own tent until the main Q-PAH site is set up.
The location of the Q-PAH site may not be accessable to standard cars. If you don't have a 4WD/AWD/SUV, you can park at the front gate of the campground and someone from Q-PAH can collect you.
We don’t want a carpark at the campsite, please carpool as much as you can or car shuttle to and from the front gate.
Meals Included
Friday - Lunch and dinner provided
Saturday - Three meals provided
Sunday - Three meals provided
Monday - Breakfast and lunch provided
IMPORTANT: Please indicate on your ticket if you have any alergies or food intolerances.
Caravans
If you intend to bring a caravan, you must secure your own spot by contacting the venue. Talk to the Q-PAH committee and we can put you in touch and advise pricing.
What to Bring
Don't forget these things when planning your camp trip:
Tent
Sleeping bag (we also recommend an airbed or floor insulation)
Warm Clothing
Swimwear
Towels and toiletries
Gold coins for shower operation
Plate, mug and cutlery
Snacks
Beverages
Esky/Ice for keeping your drinks cold
Camp chair so you can join us around the fire
Fire wood if you have any to spare
Camp Is About Sharing
Don’t have a tent? Feel free to post on the Events Page asking if you can bunk with someone as some tents are big. You may still need to bring your own sleeping equipment.
Need a car ride? Feel free to post on the Events Page asking if anyone can give a lift down. Just think of all the happy car songs you can sing on the way! Also post if you have spare room in your car and would like some company.
Camp Rules
All campers will be subject to the rules of the venue.
Everyone will help at the camp with food prep, washing up, cooking, looking after the fire or what not.
10pm noise curfew,
Offensive and bad language or behaviour will NOT be tolerated
Loud music, radio controlled cars, drones or cracking whips are NOT permitted.
Everyone is required to wait in the carpark on arrival and will be collected by Zeke as everyone must complete sign in procedures and vehicle registration.
The driveway from the sealed road to the park is 40km/hr,
Speed limit of 10km/hr in the park,
Licensed persons only to drive vehicles,
No drink driving,
No drugs,
No riding in the back of Utes or on top of cars,
All food must be stored at the end of each night prior to bed and not left out for wildlife,
Genies can be used between 8am and 10am, and 5pm to 8pm ONLY and must be 65db or less.
Dogs are allowed at your own payment. If you want to bring one it must be registered with the venue, contact Zeke immediately if you wish to bring one at your responsibility.
If something seems not right, speak up and talk to Zeke or another committee member that is in attendance.

APHC Stage Competition

The APHC contestants will spend Saturday morning being grilled by the judges before they appear on stage in the afternoon for the finale of their competition. Before the crowd, they will compete in a series of displays to receive their final marks, after which we will crown Australian Pup 2022 and Australian Handler 2022. The competition will take place in the iconic show lounge at Sportsman Hotel so settle in, grab your favorite pint, and even a meal while you enjoy the show.
Dress Code: Pub Attire. Hoods are encouraged.

The Australian Pup & Handler Competition officially kicks off with our Meet & Greet event at Southbank. Enjoy Brisbane’s premier parkland playground and get your first glimpse at the contestants at this exclusive cocktail event. Your ticket includes a drink upon arrival, canapes and a main meal. Following the Meet & Greet we will embark on a half-hour walk over the river, through the city and into Spring Hill, where those wishing to continue partying can enjoy the nightlife of Brisbane.

Known as Queensland's largest LGBTIQ+ Festival that brings together all of the fabulousness that our communities have to offer, increasing Visibility, Equality and Resilience in LGBTIQ+ communities and people.
Event Info:
Q-PAH will be meeting at 8:30am to get ready for the march to start at 9:30. The march concludes at Musgrave Park where Fair Day is being held. Q-PAH has a stall at Fair Day. Make sure to say hi if you are going into the fair.
As you are representing the PAH and that this is a family friendly event, the following clothing requirements need to be met:
Gear is encouraged but not required.
Enclosed footwear is required,
No genitalia or bums to be shown, so shorts are a minimum,
Breasts must be covered,
No insertables are allowed, this includes butt plugs and insertable tails.
This ticket does not include entry to the Fair Day at New Farm Park.
